The Meeting:
After the initial call, we will set a mutually convenient time to meet with you. We will measure, and discuss the details of your project. Together, we will establish the features you want, including the finish and the details of the design.

 

You will receive a 3-D cad drawing of your final project. Once it meets your approval, simply sign the contract, and return it with the deposit check. If the design needs tweaking, we send it back to the drawing board until it is right. We will contact you to confirm receipt of the contract and set up a tentative delivery date.

The Production:
Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit check, we will place your project into production. As a general rule, please allow 8-10 weeks for the completion of the project. However, in some cases it can be longer depending on our case load. We will keep you informed of the projected delivery date.

The Installation:
You will receive a courtesy call from our office the day before delivery. We will arrive with your finished project ready for installation. Our professional installers will go over the features (if applicable) and routine maintenance recommendations to keep your project looking new for years to come. We will leave your home in the same condition as when we arrived…we leave no “footprints” behind.
